  • Raw honey is unheated and unpasteurized, which means it retains all the natural enzymes, antioxidants, and pollen that give it flavor and health benefits.

  • Each varietal comes from a different flower source — like sage, buckwheat, or wildflower — which gives it its own unique color and taste.

  • Pure honey never really expires. It may crystallize over time, which is totally normal. Just warm it gently to bring it back to liquid.

  • After checkout, we’ll email you with pickup instructions. We offer local pickup at either San Marcos, CA, Temecula, CA or Valley Center, CA.
